AV

The AV Team sets up and tears down all the AV equipment on Sundays as well as runs the sound board, slides, and recording during the service, ensuring a seamless worship experience for everyone in the congregation. There are several responsibilities within the team, so whatever your skill set, we can use you!

• Setup - We've got a fairly minimal setup, but there are still a number of cables that need plugged in every Sunday morning at 8:30 AM.
• • FOH - This involves placing speakers, music stands, mic stands, and mics, and wiring all those with the front-of-house server box as well as power cables to all the above.
  • BOH - Setting up the camera for recording, connecting screens for slides and confidence, and connecting BOH to FOH with wire snake.
• Slides - advancing slides during worship and during the sermon if any are provided.
• Recording - simply turning on the recording at the right time (for now!). Will likely involve managing the live stream at a later date.
• Sound - running sound checks before the service, balancing EQ, muting mics at different times during the service, and monitoring the levels.

Not everyone has to be there for the full 8:30 - 12:30 period. Some people can get there for setup, some for teardown, some just for their role during the service. Many hands make light work!
